Welcome to unique accommodation on a Unesco world heritage site! With considerable respect and passion for the farmhouse and the site´s cultural history, five rooms have been renovated, each with its own character and charm. Each room has its own shower and toilet.
We have five twin rooms that can also be booked as single rooms. In each room, it is possible to book an extra bed for a third person. Each room has its own WC and shower. Entrance to the world heritage is included for our resident guests.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
In the accommodation, there is a small kitchenette shared by all, where you as a guest are welcome to make coffee and tea at any time of the day. We strive to offer a homely atmosphere where you can prepare simple meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee with other guests. In the kitchenette there is a refrigerator, microwave oven and a dishwasher.
The living room is a place for relaxation and socializing. There is a TV for entertainment and a dining table that seats up to six people. Whether you want to watch your favourite series, play a game or just socialize with other guests, the living room is a perfect place to do it.
We hope you will enjoy your time at our bed and breakfast and that you will have the opportunity to meet other guests and create great memories.
Prices:
1400 SEK/night low season per room. 1050 SEK/night single room.
1600 SEK/night high season (June-Aug) per room. 1200 SEK/night single room.
Extra bed costs SEK 400/night.
Child discount: Children up to and including 15 years of age stay cheaper with us. Infants (0-2 years) without their own bed stay free (Subject to availability, a baby bed is available to borrow).
All prices apply per room and are inclusive 12% VAT, breakfast, bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi.
Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out between 07:00 and 11:00 at the latest - unless we agree otherwise.
Book online
In the online booking, it is possible to book a room for a maximum of two guests. For guests who want to book an extra bed, it is added as an option in the booking. Please note that it´s not shown as a guest, but as an ad-on.
Child discount:
The discount is an option in the online booking on this page. Enter the number of children times the number of nights (For example: 1 child for 2 nights becomes 2 child discounts). The discount for children is SEK 150/per night.

Changes in the booking/cancellation
If you want to make changes to your booking, or cancel, you can do so by sending an e-mail to info@erik-anders.se.
If you change or cancel the reservation at least two days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. If you cancel later or in case of no-show, the room will be charged except in case of illness.

In the vicinity of Hälsingegården there is a nature reserve, Ålsjön. And nearby there are nice paths, roads for hiking and cycling. At only a distance of about ten kilometers, there are nice sea baths and genuine old fishing villages on the coast, cultural history and culinary experiences.
There is no restaurant on our farm. There is a garden cafe here during the summer. When it's open, it's great to order food, to enjoy it in our garden or in the accommodation's living room. We also recommend several restaurants to our guests within a 10 km distance.
